20th Century Brass Bronze Palace Floor Vase 3ft Hand Etched & Painted Vintage

Fabulous 20th century brass or bronze (unsure) floor vase, hand etched and painted, comes apart. It could be from India or Middle East, most likely India but unsure. It is 36″ tall and top diameter is 8 1/4″.It weighs 10lbs and 9oz.Shows signs of age. Has some oxidation, paint specks, scratches, and two tiny holes near bottom.
